On-Line Dance Program – We offer an extensive video library that can be view 24 hours a day. Learn how to Salsa Dance or try out some basic ballroom classes right from your home. Get in better shape with our amazing Cardio Salsa classes and explore other different dance steps including Bachata dance videos, Line dancing steps, Rumba steps and Cha Cha. The lessons are easy to follow and if you have any questions, please write them down in the comment box and we will respond as soon as possible.
ln-Studio Dance Program – Our Studio is located in the beautiful city of Guelph, Ontario, Canada, just 50 minutes away from the Toronto Dance Scene. We different styles of dancees for adults & kids including in Hip Hop & Salsa.
We serve Guelph and the neighboring communities including Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge Ontario, Fergus, Elora, Rockwood, Acton and Milton Ontario (all this cities are within a 25 minute drive). We offer regular classes and programs through out the year in a variety of packages. Our most popular programs are the kids camps, the March Break Day Camp and Kids Summer Camp. These camps are full of fun activities that promise to keep the kids busy all day.
Outside of our regular schedule, and on weekends, we teach Salsa Workshops, Ballroom Dance Workshops, Wedding first dance Choreography lessons or father daughter dances, we host Friday Salsa dance social every week, and Dancing In The Park Festival, an outdoor festival that promotes artist in the community . We also offer our annual Women Dance Retreat, Salsa Dance Instructors Program and Performance Dance Classes offered in Salsa, Bachata dancing, Cha Cha and West Coast Swing are also available to enhance our students dance language. Lastly, we also raise money for needy causes through our Annual Masquerade Ball every November.

Salsa & Mambo (On 2 Salsa) - A flirtatious and fun partner dance that creates an exciting energy on the dance floor. We have regular classes from Sunday to Thursday and on some weekends, we host Mamba and Salsa workshops with visiting instructors.
West Coast Swing in Guelph, Kitchener and Waterloo – is a partner dance derived from Lindy hop. It has a distinctive elastic look that results from its basic extension-compression technique of partner connection, and is danced primarily in a slotted area on the dance floor. The dance allows for both partners to improvise steps while dancing together (adults)
Guelph, Kitchener & Waterloo Latin & Ballroom Lessons – The dance styles Included in this classes are the Waltz, Rumba, Fox Trot, Cha Cha Cha, Jive, Samba, Argentine Tango, Merengue, Bachata and more (Teens & Adults)
Belly Dancing– A great way to introduce your body to the movements of Belly Dancing. Class is offered to Teens & Adults
Afro/Latin Cardio – A low to medium cardiovascular choreographed dance class that you will learn to dance Salsa, with a fusion of Merengue, Cha Cha and Reggeaton. This Latin dance class captures everyone's passion due to its amazing dance moves and music. Class is for everyone (Teens & Adults).
Hip Hop – Hip Hop is a highly energetic dance that allows dancers to perform with freedom of movement. It developed from Jazz, Tap and African and Latino cultures. It consists of popping, locking, freestyle and commercial moves. We offer both Adults and Kids classes (ages 3-13 yrs).
African Dance – Dances from the sub-Sahara parts of Africa. Most of the popular dances are from West & Southern Africa. Danced to expressive music, it is a class that will challenge your body's flexibility and range due to is larger than life movements. It is also a great workout for both Adults and Kids, ages 6-13 years.
Flamenco- Flamenco is a passionate, seductive and expressive art form of dance that mixes percussive footwork with intricate hand, arm and body movements
Ladies Salsa Styling Workshops & Mens Shines- The no. 1 way to express yourself in Salsa dancing. The class improves your dancing posture, elegance and sensuality while dancing
Seductive Bachata Workshops- An erotic expression of passion through the medium of dance movements, commanding both partners to be comfortable and fluid with each other, connecting physically and emotionally
Casino Rueda Workshops– Cuban circle dancing with non stop laughter
